Camping Season is May - October.

We are a HipCamp Gold Star Host. These are top tier host that consistently provide amazing experience to campers.

Tent Sites: $35.00 per night. Base price for each site allows for 2 guests. 

Additional Guests: $5.00 per person 

Fire Wood: $8.00 per bundle 

We have a no refund policy, but you're welcome to reschedule your stay if needed.

Each site includes a fire pit, log seats, picnic table, and garbage bag on arrival.

Restrooms and power access including a charging station for phones are located inside the Red Barn.

Water (non potable or potable) is not provided. We have jugs/bottle of water available for purchase.

Pioneer Trails Tree Farm is a working farm so other barns and equipment are restricted from use by campers.

Limit of one (1) tent per site and maximum of four (4) persons or one (1) family per site. Stays are limited to no more than ten (10) days per season.

No smoking, no alcohol and no recreational drugs allowed.

Pets are allowed if additional information is provided.

Fire wood is available for purchase using our PayPal QR code posted in the Red Barn or you can prepay for wood when booking your reservation.

Pioneer Trails Tree Farm does not allow firewood to be brought onto the farm.

Quiet hours are 10:00 pm till 8:00 am

Campers may drive a vehicle on the gravel roads to drop off supplies at their campsite. Vehicles must be left in the parling lot over night. Campers may be asked to move there vehicles if its blocking day to day farm work.
